MEDIA NOTE: View BSO’S safety message.
Riding ATVs (All-Terrain Vehicles), UTVs (Utility Task Vehicles), or dirt bikes on public roadways is illegal and extremely dangerous. These off-road vehicles are not designed for traffic, as they lack the necessary safety features to protect both riders and other drivers.
Serious injuries can occur in just seconds, and violations of this law can result in fines, vehicle impoundment and even criminal charges.
Help keep our community safe by keeping off-road vehicles off the streets.
