Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives say a missing 73-year-old man has been safely located.

According to detectives, Francel Swain was safely located in Miami-Dade and reunited with his family. A missing persons alert was issued for Swain earlier Saturday after he was last seen around 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7, in the 1900 block of Southwest 57th Avenue in West Park.
