The Broward County Sheriff’s Office Youth L.E.A.D. Camp (Learning, Educating, and Developing) is an innovative eight (8) week summer leadership program that helps shape the lives of youth ages 10-18 into strong, responsible and civically engaged young adults.
The BSOYLC will instill the following Pillars of Success into its students:
- Education/Entrepreneurship
- Life Skills
- Career Development
- Financial Literacy
- Community Service
- Government/Civic Responsibility
- Health and Wellness
