The Broward Sheriff’s Office offers residents living in its jurisdictions a free Vacation Home Watch program. If you are going out of town and would like a daily check while you are away, please complete this form. Provide details about your property and the dates you will be away from home. Once submitted, your residence will be added to the vacation watch list for deputies or a BSO representative to check on during their patrols, as time permits.

This free service is offered only to those residents who live in certain BSO-contracted cities . (See list here.) If you do not reside within a city that receives BSO patrol services, please contact your local law enforcement department for similar programs that may be offered in your jurisdiction.
