The Broward Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) arrested an Oakland Park man on 11 charges related to child pornography.
On Tuesday, ICAC detectives arrested Dylan Kenyon-Jones on charges of possessing child pornography and using a computer to compile child pornography.
According to investigators, the ICAC unit in North Florida received tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that an individual was possessing and transmitting images of child pornography on social media. The investigation revealed that Kenyon-Jones was the suspect. As the investigation proceeded, it was learned that Kenyon-Jones relocated to South Florida.
On March 8, with the assistance of BSO SWAT, ICAC served a search warrant at Kenyon-Jones’ residence. On a laptop found in Kenyon-Jones’ room, detectives located more than 100 images of child pornography depicting children ages 6-12 years of age engaged in sexual acts or posed in a sexual manner.
Following his arrest, Kenyon-Jones was booked at the BSO Main Jail.
