Description of Incident:

The Broward Sheriff's Office Missing Persons Unit is searching for a Dania Beach man who wandered off from his residence late Sunday afternoon.

Donald Crumrine suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, in addition to other medical conditions that require daily medications. Due to his diminished mental capacity, investigators have classified him as endangered.

BSO detectives are concerned because when 66-year-old Crumrine left the assisted living facility at 357 SE 6 Street two days ago, he had no money and no medication.

Crumrine is a white male with short black and gray hair, a full gray beard and mustache, about six feet tall and approximately 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve white shirt with blue and red lettering, blue jean shorts with brown sandals and eyeglasses. Crumrine also wears an Alzheimer’s bracelet on his wrist and a long beaded necklace around his neck.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Donald Crumrine is asked to call Joe Castelli in the BSO Missing Persons Unit at (954) 321-4240 or BSO’s non-emergency number at (954) 765-4321.
