7-ELEVEN ROBBERY SUSPECTS SOUGHT Surveillance Video Released

Description of Incident:

Broward Sheriff's Office Robbery detectives are releasing surveillance video in the hopes of identifying two suspects who committed an armed robbery at a Pompano Beach convenience store last week.

About 4:30 a.m. on June 4th, two unidentified black males entered the 7-Eleven located at 2391 North Dixie Highway. One of them, armed with a rifle, went behind the counter and demanded that the clerk open the cash register. The other suspect forced one of the customers to lie on the floor.

The suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and a bounty of lottery tickets. Both black male suspects were wearing all black clothing. The suspect armed with the rifle, is believed to weigh about 175 pounds, about five feet nine inches tall in his mid 30’s with braided hair. The second suspect is about 185 pounds, six feet tall in his mid 20’s with a bushy afro.
