Broward Sheriff's Office deputies will trade in their uniforms for aprons this month, as they work to raise money for a worthy cause.

On Thursday, April 18, 2002, deputies will take part in the annual “Tip-A-Cop” program in which deputies help Special Olympics athletes by waiting tables and working for tips. The money raised will go directly to Special Olympics, Broward

BSO deputies from Pompano Beach will take part in the “Tip-A-Cop” program at:

Bru’s Room
235 S. Federal Highway
Pompano Beach
11:30 am – 2:00 pm
&
5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Last year, BSO deputies helped raise more than $1,800.00 for children and adults in our community with developmental disabilities by waiting tables at Bru’s Room
