Description of Incident:

Broward Sheriff's Office Robbery detectives are releasing surveillance video in the hopes of identifying two suspects who robbed a gas station in Pompano Beach.

At approximately 10:10 p.m. on December 30th, two unidentified males walked into the Exxon gas station located at 400 North Federal Highway. One of the suspects walked toward the register and was approached by the clerk, who told him he was not allowed behind the register. The suspect pushed her out of the way and demanded money. With no weapons seen, but still in fear of her life, the clerk opened the register.

The second suspect was busy stealing a bottle of beer from the cooler. Both suspects, believed to be black males, fled with an undisclosed amount of cash leaving the beer behind.

The suspect who approached the register is about five feet eleven inches tall with a shaved head. He was last seen wearing a red or burgundy long-sleeved pullover shirt and dark colored pants. The second suspect is approximately five feet seven inches tall. He left the store wearing a green bandana around his head, blue pants, and a red shirt. Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the suspects is asked to call BSO Robbery Det. Dominic DiPerna at (954) 321-4270 or call Broward Crime Stoppers at (954) 493-TIPS.
