Description of Incident:

Broward Sheriff’s Office homicide detectives are investigating the death of a 37-year-old Tamarac man, whose body was discovered in his home Tuesday night.

Relatives of the victim, Roger Forsythe, contacted the Sheriff’s Office at approximately 9:30 p.m. BSO deputies accompanied Forsythe’s family members to his home, located at 4806 NW 49 Drive in the Mainlands Community, in order to check on his welfare. That’s when they discovered Forsythe’s lifeless body.

Foul play is suspected. Homicide detectives will continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this death. The Broward Medical Examiner’s Office will perform an autopsy to determine the exact cause and manner of death.
