MISSING WESTON MAN FOUND DEAD IN HIS SUV

Description of Incident:

A Weston man missing for a week was found Sunday evening in his Mercedes SUV, which was parked in a residential neighborhood in Weston. Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives believe foul play was involved and are investigating the death as a homicide.

Kris Smalls, 42, was reported missing March 18. BSO Missing Persons detectives released his photograph Wednesday, saying that they believed his disappearance was suspicious, and asked the public for help finding Smalls or his white 2008 Mercedes R350. The SUV was discovered Sunday evening at 2105 Pasa Verde Lane in Weston with Smalls dead inside. The Broward County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause and manner of death.
