MUSICIANS AND OLYMPIANS ROCK OUT FOR A GOOD CAUSE

 Musicians, who’ve performed or recorded with artists and bands such as Aerosmith, Billy Joel, SNL Live Band, Todd Rundgren, Joan Jett, Vanilla Fudge, Richie Sambora and others, will take the stage to rock ‘n’ roll and raise funds to benefit the Special Olympics of South Florida.

7-11 p.m. March 22

Special Olympics athletes will be special guests at the concert, where they will jam to the music of Mark Stein, Liberty DeVitto, “The Beehive Queen” Christine Ohlman, Ricky Byrd, Kasim Sulton and Richie Supa.

The concert will include a silent auction featuring guitars from some of the best names in rock and sport and music memorabilia.

This event is presented by Rockers In Recovery, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3)(pending) created to provide support and funding for musicians and their families suffering from all forms of addiction.  The organization provides education and support about addiction as well as treatment to those who cannot afford it.
