MISSING WOMAN FOUND SAFE IN FORT LAUDERDALE

UPDATE: Sharon Ross was located, safe, by Fort Lauderdale police Department late Sunday night and has been returned to her home. 

Broward Sheriff's Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in finding a 72-year-old woman who went missing this morning from Lauderdale-By-The-Sea.


Sharon Ross was last seen at 6 a.m. at her home. She wore white leggings, a white long sleeve T-shirt, and sneakers. Sharon suffers from advanced stage dementia. She does not have identification with her and may be disoriented.

Ross is described as a white female with a small frame, gray eyes, and brown hair. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 90 lbs.
