Corleone is also said to have solicited the murder of the Weston realtor.

The kidnap/ murder-for-hire plot stems from a May 15, 2002, incident in which Corleone, posing as a potential homebuyer, kidnapped Paulette Andrews at gunpoint as she drove him to view several homes for sale. During the ordeal, Andrews was forced to drive to three different Bank of America branches in downtown Fort Lauderdale where she was ordered to withdraw $3,850 from her account. The suspect later fled after leaving the victim bound in the backseat of her car parked outside of a Weston strip mall. Corleone was arrested the following day and was charged with Armed Robbery and Armed Kidnapping.
