|Description:||He was a white male with brown hair who was 5'5" and weighed between 130 and 140 pounds. He wore dark green, corduroy trousers with a 28 1/2 inch waist and a medium National shirt. He wore blue or dark green underwear and brown shoes with no socks.|
|Approx. Age:||late 20s - early 30s|
|Investigation:||He had three insulin-type syringes in his pockets that may have been used for illegal drugs. He head been dead several months when his body was found.|
He was probably right handed.
He had poor dental health with several fillings.
