Lieutenant Mark Freeman

Lieutenant Mark Freeman joined Broward County EMS in May of 1984. He served as a lieutenant for the BSO Fire Rescue at Station 17/27 in West Park.
Freeman is known for his tremendous strength of character, solid wrk performance and gentle nature. He was a respected and admired firefighter.
Mark lost his battle to cancer at age 45. He is survived by his father, Donald Freeman; twin brother David (a Coconut Creek Police Officer); brothers Douglas and John; and sister, Donna Stennet.
