Driver 1: George Adams, 46, male, 1/27/1971, 1331 S.W. 8th Ave., Deerfield Beach (DECEASED)

Driver 2: Silvia Gutti, 49, female, Pompano Beach

Description of Incident:

Traffic homicide detectives are investigating a fatal crash that left one motorcyclist dead Monday evening in Pompano Beach.

Just after 7 p.m. on November 27, George Adams was traveling northbound on N.E. 3rd Avenue on a motorcycle. His motorcycle impacted the front right quarter panel of Silvia Gutti's car as she attempted to make a left turn onto N.E. 29th Street.

Adams was thrown from the motorcycle causing him to suffering critical injuries. Gutti attempted to render aid to Adams while asking a bystander to call 911. Pompano Beach Fire Rescue responded and transported Adams to Broward Health North where he succumbed to his injuries.

Gutti remained on scene and was cooperative with investigators. The investigation is ongoing.
