Description of Incident:

A man sitting on the sidewalk outside a friend’s home was gunned down Sunday night near Fort Lauderdale. 

Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched around 10:15 p.m. to the 1100 block of Northwest 29th Way in response to a shooting.  Upon their arrival, they found 31-year-old Antwan Williams dead.  Detectives say Williams was sitting on a chair on the sidewalk in front of the home when he was approached by the assailant, who shot him multiple times.  The suspect fled the scene.
